Who is it for?

It's for you if: ▶ You are an adult woman. ▶ You are a beginner or experienced in Arts and Free Movement Dance (no prerequisites required). ▶ You are curious to explore your inner resources and facets of your femininity. ▶ You appreciate artistic and dance approaches for personal development. It's not for you if: ▶ You want to learn artistic techniques and achieve perfection. ▶ You are not open to the benefits that introspection can bring. ▶ You are not ready to explore your inner world, emotions, and thoughts. ▶ You are not motivated to invest in yourself and learn more about yourself.
What do I need for the session?

Connectivity: A stable internet connection and the Zoom application installed. A computer or tablet with an active webcam. A quiet space where you can move without bumping into things and without interruptions. Artistic and Wellness Material: your printed guide comfortable clothes a few standards size sheets of white paper writing and drawing materials (pens, coloured pencils or pastels) something to cover yourself with (sweater, shawl etc.) water a candle a scent especially for the Inner Muses Council© (incense, scented candle, essential oil...).
Are sessions refundable?

I understand that circumstances can change, but due to the nature of these services, I do not offer refunds for the sessions. I've taken great care to provide detailed information on this website to help you make an informed decision. Can I cancel or postpone my session?

• All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the start of the session (you can postpone without charge). For any cancellation less than 48h, the amount of the session is due. • Sessions are not refundable.
