A Bright Conversation is a constructive and uplifting exchange.
At the junction between therapy and coaching, the sessions take place in a warm and caring atmosphere. Here we exchange from a position of self-empowerment. With maturity and in mutual recognition of the power in yourself and in the other, we activate your potential.
This space provides a flexible framework and offers a gentle opportunity to unwind the present thread, respecting your rhythm. Bright Conversations allow you to gain perspective, be listened to, reflect, make connections, develop your thoughts, free your emotions and warm your inner fire.
Why book a Bright Conversation?
There are many reasons to make an appointment, whether in the incubation or hatching stage. It is natural to feel the need for external support. At a time when the pace of life is accelerating, taking time for oneself becomes an act of reclamation; that of being fully present to experience the magnificent uniqueness of one's life.

• Each session is built around your answers to the questionnaire when you register. Please take the time to share with me what is important to you.

I wish to offer you a serene and supportive environment where you feel welcome in your entirety. I adapt to your way of understanding life while offering you other perspectives. To do this, I actively participate in our exchanges to help you become aware of what is going through you (thoughts, emotions, sensations) to refine your feelings.
My training and experience are at the crossroads of many techniques. To accompany you, I have a Master's degree in Arts-Therapies with a specialization in Dance and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as numerous experiences in personal development and alternative oriental dances (stage performances, courses).
When it feels right for you a touch of spirituality can colour our exchanges. I have been on a spiritual path for over 10 years and have witnessed many of the dynamics involved in spiritual evolution.
