Regardless of their age, social status, religion or sexual orientation, they come together and share in a circle.
My Vision of Women's Circles
You have probably experienced it without knowing it, in a spontaneous way. Women's Circles certainly date back to the time when the first women walked this earth. Since the beginning, within families or among friends, they have met to do daily chores, to prepare for an event, or to take care of each other, around a fire, a pot or at the river.
They get together and exchange their stories,
share their joys and sorrows,
inspire and support each other.
They are Natural, Unique and Precious gatherings.
The Circle
The Circle represents many things and has the beautiful quality of offering each woman an equal place in a space without hierarchy. Like a cocoon, it provides safety and security as you are encouraged to let go and welcome other women in with their strengths and vulnerabilities, to listen to yourself and to be listened to.
All Women's Circles are different. You can find holistic themes on the feminine, talking circles, rituals and activities. The best way to find the one that feels good is to try it!

• As with every women's circle, confidentiality, non-judgment and caring are the watchwords. The circles are safe spaces where you are invited to leave behind the rivalry system to practice mutual aid and sisterhood.

I wish to offer you a serene and supportive environment where you feel welcome in your entirety.
My training and experience are at the crossroads of many techniques. To accompany you, I have a Master's degree in Arts-Therapies with a specialization in Dance and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as numerous experiences in personal development and alternative oriental dances (stage performances, courses).
