What is Artistic & Expressive Flow?
The online Artistic & Expressive Flow workshops are built around Art and Dance Movement Therapy techniques. Entering into movement allows us to reconnect with the intelligence of the body and its inner resources. Movement is alive and transformative in essence. It gives voice to the body and invites the mind to become an ally.
During the workshops I invite you to bring your attention back to your sensations to recreate a harmonious dialogue between your body and your mind. This is an opportunity to experience and practice a new way of expressing yourself and relating to your environment.
Together we bring awareness to what is going on for you, activate your life force and find peace. The goal is to help you release stress, express yourself with spontaneity and gain perspective.

1h45 individual session: $140 US
IMPORTANT
• The sessions are movement-oriented, not speech-oriented. If a topic emerges that needs more time to be discussed, Bright Conversation is for that.
• Although Artistic & Expressive Flow has many therapeutic effects, it is not psychotherapy. No diagnosis will be made during the sessions. Similarly, Bright Conversation is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
• Each session is built around your answers to the questionnaire when you register. Please take the time to share with me what is important to you.
