What is Artistic & Expressive Flow?
The online Artistic & Expressive Flow workshops are built around Art and Dance Movement Therapy techniques. Entering into movement allows us to reconnect with the intelligence of the body and its inner resources. Movement is alive and transformative in essence. It gives voice to the body and invites the mind to become an ally.
During the workshops I invite you to bring your attention back to your sensations to recreate a harmonious dialogue between your body and your mind. This is an opportunity to experience and practice a new way of expressing yourself and relating to your environment.
Together we bring awareness to what is going on for you, activate your life force and find peace. The goal is to help you release stress, express yourself with spontaneity and gain perspective.

1h45 individual session: $140 US
IMPORTANT
• The sessions are movement-oriented, not speech-oriented. If a topic emerges that needs more time to be discussed, Bright Conversation is for that.
• Although Artistic & Expressive Flow has many therapeutic effects, it is not psychotherapy. No diagnosis will be made during the sessions. Similarly, Bright Conversation is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
• Each session is built around your answers to the questionnaire when you register. Please take the time to share with me what is important to you.

Who is it for?It's for you if: ▶ You are an adult woman. ▶ You are a beginner or experienced in Arts and Free Movement Dance (no prerequisites required). ▶ You are curious to explore your inner resources and facets of your femininity. ▶ You appreciate artistic and dance approaches for personal development. It's not for you if: ▶ You want to learn artistic techniques and achieve perfection. ▶ You are not open to the benefits that introspection can bring. ▶ You are not ready to explore your inner world, emotions, and thoughts. ▶ You are not motivated to invest in yourself and learn more about yourself.

What do I need for the session?Connectivity: A stable internet connection and the Zoom application installed. A computer or tablet with an active webcam. A quiet space where you can move without bumping into things and without interruptions. Artistic and Wellness Material: your printed guide comfortable clothes a few standards size sheets of white paper writing and drawing materials (pens, coloured pencils or pastels) something to cover yourself with (sweater, shawl etc.) water a candle a scent especially for the Inner Muses Council© (incense, scented candle, essential oil...).

Are sessions refundable?I understand that circumstances can change, but due to the nature of these services, I do not offer refunds for the sessions. Can I cancel or postpone my session?• All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the start of the session (you can postpone without charge). For any cancellation less than 48h, the amount of the session is due. • Sessions are not refundable.
